As many of you know, I have spent almost a decade working with the sales related Oracle cloud applications. Initially on CRM On Demand and later Fusion Sales, Engagement Cloud and any other name CX Sales used to be known by in those years.
I had the pleasure to work with so many of my colleagues and my customers, that have given me all these opportunities to discover their challenges, their business and find out how Oracle could add value through these solutions.
But that journey has come to an end and a new one has begun! I have jumped in the Cloud infrastructure world. And as this blog started with documenting my journey into CX Sales, I would like to document my journey discovering the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure aka OCI here going forward.
