Subject areas are collections of related data logically representing a certain functional domain in Engagement Cloud. Creating a new report always start with choosing an initial subject area first. And as Engagement Cloud comes with a lot of subjects areas, knowing which one to choose is very important
There are 2 ways to learn which subject areas to best use:
- The good old trial-and-error
- Browse through the available documentation
