Do not panic, nothing really changes

Oracle just took pity in me having to specify that every post here applied to Sales Cloud and Engagement Cloud.  They decided to help me out and call both products Engagement Cloud.  Engagement Cloud from now on, just like it always has, combines:

This is a rather small post.  Although it is big news, nothing really changes except that now I need to go change all my previous posts and replace ‘Sales Cloud’ by ‘Engagement Cloud’.  It will take some time, but I hope to be back with proper content soon.

To celebrate this change, I will be completely changing the look and feel of this blog.  I hope you like the end result !
